Clifford (Kip) Berry is a courtesy professor of radiology in the Department of Small Animal Clinical Science at the University of Florida and currently works as staff radiologist in a private specialty practice in Raleigh, NC.
He received his DVM from the University of Florida in 1984 and completed a residency in diagnostic Imaging from the University of California, Davis in 1990.
He is a Diplomate of the American college of Veterinary Radiology. Dr. Berry’s research interests include clinical studies in diagnostic imaging particularly related to the thorax, use of animal models for human disease with emphasis on early diagnosis and noninvasive technologies for the diagnosis of disease processes, and the evaluation of novel approaches for the advancement of diagnostic imaging in the clinical and research setting with veterinary and human applications. Dr. Berry is passionate about teaching veterinary students, interns, residents and referring veterinarians in the areas of diagnostic imaging especially abdominal ultrasound.
